Albany

If you ever get a chance to visit Western Australia, you must visit Albany. It’s located at the southern-most tip of Western Australia, it’s a cold and windy place most of the year but the coastline is breathtaking.

Next stop Antarctica!

Unfortunately The Gap was closed for renovations, but The Natural Bridge was as beautiful as ever.

These are some of the photos I took of the Albany Coastline:

Oyster Bay is the best place to just sit and relax, so tranquil. Nice to have a beautiful bay like this all to yourself.

At Emu Point the fish, chips and squid rings were delicious.

But we were not the only ones eating, the Pelicans were enjoying a feast of their own. They were eager to watch the fishermen clean their fish.

Another popular tourist attraction in Albany is the replica of Brig Amity.

Whale World is such a wonderful place to visit, full of history, memorabilia, and the largest whale skeletons you’re ever likely to see, 60 meters long if I remember rightly. I must take some more photos next time to add to this collection.
